By Car
From Exeter: From the M5, take the Plymouth (A38) road until the exit signposted to Totnes, Dartmouth and Kingsbridge. Turn left onto the A384 and follow until you get into Dartington. When you reach the first mini roundabout go straight across towards Totnes. You will then come to another mini roundabout, which you go right at towards Plymouth. Follow the road past the garage and village stores to the next roundabout where you go left and then immediately left again into the industrial estate. Leather School is the last of the new units to your left, and we’re the fourth one along (unit A4).
From Plymouth: Take the A38 up until the A385 (Paignton, Dartington, Totnes, Dartmouth) exit. Follow the A385 towards Dartington and Totnes. Shortly after you get into Dartington you will come to a roundabout, turn right towards the industrial estate. Then immediately take the left turning onto the industrial estate. Our building is one of the new units to your left, and we’re the fourth one along (unit A4).
Train
The closest train station is Totnes, which is on the main Paddington – Penzance line (go to the national rail enquiries site for train times). From Totnes, Leather School is either a 35 minute walk along a lovely tree-lined path, or ten minutes in a taxi (there is a taxi rank at Totnes Station).
Bus and coach
- The Stagecoach Gold from Torquay to Plymouth goes through Dartington and stops just outside our building on the Plymouth bound bus, or 100m down the road on the Torquay bound.
- From farther afield: There are coaches from London (Victoria Coach Station) and other major cities that go to Newton Abbot Railway Station, a short hop to Totnes.
Lost?! Confused?! Give us a ring on 01803 866788. We look forward to seeing you at Leather School!
